Here is simpler understanding of how Offchain Farming works behind the scene;

The infrastructure driving this advancement is offchain rewarder which is designed from scratch. It seamlessly tracks every user’s on-chain LP position and distributes rewards to liquidity providers efficiently and automatically.

The rewarder system calculates all the rewards per position every five minutes off the chain, then allocates those reward on an hourly basis to user.

Getting Started With Farming

To start earning from a pool that offers rewards, simply create a liquidity provider (LP) position—it's that easy. If you already have an existing LP position, there’s no need to take any additional actions; you’ll continue to earn rewards automatically.

The off-chain rewarder offers several key benefits:

• Distributions occur on an hourly basis

• Users can claim their available rewards at any time
